Welcome to Rekyps Agency! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Scope of Services: I understand that Rekyps Agency will provide management and marketing services for my OnlyFans account. This includes, but is not limited to, content strategy, promotion, and subscriber engagement.

Fees and Payments: Rekyps Agency agrees to compensate me as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms will be specified in my individual contract, and Rekyps Agency is responsible for timely payments in accordance with that contract.

Content Ownership and Rights: I retain ownership of all content I provide to Rekyps Agency, but I grant them a license to use, distribute, and display the content as part of their marketing and management services.

Confidentiality: I understand that Rekyps Agency will keep my personal information and any business-sensitive information confidential, except as necessary to provide the agreed-upon services or as required by law.

Termination: I can terminate my agreement with Rekyps Agency at any time with written notice as specified in my contract. Rekyps Agency also reserves the right to terminate the agreement under specified conditions.

Liability: Rekyps Agency will strive to provide the highest quality service, but I agree that they are not liable for any direct or consequential losses that may arise from their services.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from our relationship will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Arbitration of Paris.
